I found Leesons Residences to be an affordable option with a strategic location, perfect for exploring Manila. but I had some significant concerns regarding cleanliness. While the staff was friendly and welcoming, my experience with the linens was disappointing, as they were not replaced and were quite dirty during my stays.

I had a decent stay at Leesons Residences. the location was absolutely strategic, providing easy access to Manila's tourist spots. However, I encountered issues with dirty linens and a noisy environment due to nearby truck traffic. Overall, it was affordable and comfortable, but the cleanliness left much to be desired.
